Every Monday: 'Drop-in' for coffee in the Lady Chapel 9.00 am to 11.30 am. Got that 'Monday morning' feeling? Need a place to sit and be or have a chat? You will be guaranteed a warm welcome - and the chance to enjoy some excellent coffee and biscuits.
Every Friday: The church will be open every Friday (except on Bank Holidays) from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. All are welcome to drop in to enjoy some quiet time, to pray for issues that might be on your mind, to light a candle, to say thank you to God for his blessings, to stroll round and admire the medieval architecture, or to find out something about the history of Gillingham's oldest building. YOU'LL EVEN BE OFFERED A COMPLEMENTARY CUP OF TEA OR COFFEE! We are opening the church in this way in gratitude for the generous assistance we received from English Heritage and the National Churches Trust towards the works that were carried out to the Church roof and tower. Saturday 22 June: This is the date of our annual Summer Fayre which will be held in church from 11.00am to 2.00pm. There will be lots of stalls and games, a Grand Draw (first prize £50), refreshments, a Fresh Fruit Hamper draw and other attractions. Entry is FREE. All are welcome. All proceeds are in aid of Church funds.
Thursday 27 June: This is the date of our latest Film Afternoon. Unfortunately, due to copyright license restrictions, we are unable to advertise the actual film that will be shown, but it will be a popular one. Entrance is FREE and light refreshments will be serviced. The show starts at 2.00pm. All are welcome.
Saturday 29 June: A Traditional Afternoon Tea will be held in the church and surrounding grounds between 2.00 and 4.00pm. Tickets are priced at £7 (with a reduction for children). All are welcome but please book your tickets in advance by email to email@example.com or by text to 07850 046 434
